Howe’s Clearance Ltd is a local family owned House Clearance and Office Clearance Company, with offices in Wokingham and Tilehurst in Berkshire.

Started by brothers Stewart & Warren Howe in 2016, our aim is to give a cost effective and honest service that people rightly deserve. We are friendly and open, the price we give is the price you pay. No small print and no hidden extras. We are a limited company registered with companies house.

We offer all of our customers a comprehensive and discreet service. Our vehicles are not sign written to ensure you keep your personal matters private. Due to the nature of our business many of our house clearances are due to bereavement, eviction, divorce etc. We conduct ourselves in the appropriate manner and respect your situation.

When we clear your property we will only take what we have been instructed to do so. Unfortunately there are some items that we are not authorised by regulation to accept, examples are listed below but are not exhaustive:
