How It Works

There are 3 easy ways to contact us

We will arrange a time that is suitable to you to complete an on site assessment. This is free of charge and enables us to give you an accurate price. A written quote will be emailed to you, or for the technophobes we can post it.

If you agree to contract us for the work we will need the signed acceptance form returned and a mutually agreed date and time will be arranged.

You do not need to be on site during the work, as we know this can be an emotional time for you. We can collect the keys from your nominated point of contact i.e solicitor, estate agent, friend or neighbour.

We take photos of before & after a clearance, so that you can be satisfied that the work has been completed to a high standard. This is a useful free of charge service if you live some distance away from the property.

Upon completion you will be issued waste transfer note that you should keep for up to 2 years.

There are 3 methods of payment:

  • Bank Transfer on the day of works
  • Cash on the day
  • Cheque (Received by us 7 working days prior to start of works to ensure clearance into our account)

An invoice can be issued prior to works starting and a receipt will always be issued upon full payment.

Please be aware that to ensure we are compliant with the disposal of electrical items (WEEE Directive) there is an additional charge for goods such as washing machines, fridges, freezers and televisions etc. This will be itemised on the quote.
