We understand that this is a difficult and emotional time, and having to deal with a property full of loved ones memories and possessions is a hard task that not everyone wants to deal with.

We specialise in Probate Clearances, we are professional and sympathetic to your needs. We can visit site with or without you being there to give you a fixed cost that includes disposal and labour. We do NOT charge a call out fee and we do NOT by the hour and there will be NO hidden costs. The price we give is the price you will be charged.

We work with solicitors, executors, administrators, estate agents, property management companies and private individuals.

On all site assessments photographs are taken, this is to assist us in pricing correctly. It is also an advantage for family members that do not wish to visit the property or live a distance away. This will enable you to identify any treasured items you wish to keep safe. We can arrange delivery of those items at an additional cost or put to one side so you can arrange collection after the clearance.

Again upon completion of the clearance photographs are taken showing the way we have left the property.
